MAPEX – OCTOBER 2024

Eligibility:

1. Event and Offer: The cash rebate is available to the first 50 purchasers at the MAPEX – Malaysia Property Expo, held at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC), Kuala Lumpur, from 25-27 October 2024.

2. Submission Requirements: Eligible purchasers must complete and submit the following to the MAPEX Organiser by 27 October 2024, at 9:00 pm:
i. MAPEX Cash Rebate Form; and
ii. Copy of the original sales receipt issued by the Developer/Sales Agent.

3. Agreement Submission: To qualify for the rebate, purchasers must submit a copy of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (S&P) [cover page and signing pages] to the MAPEX Secretariat at adminwpkl@rehda.com , cc: nabila@rehda.com , on or before 30 January 2025. Do note that proof of submission is not proof of receipt by the MAPEX Secretariat.

Additional Terms:
• Verification: By submitting the MAPEX Purchaser Form, purchasers agree to understand and adhere to all the rules and regulations.
• Rebate Amount: Each eligible purchaser will receive a cash rebate of RM1,000.
• Total Rebate Pool: The total available cash rebate amount is RM50,000, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Disbursement: The cash rebate will be disbursed within 60 days after the closing date for S&P submissions to the MAPEX Secretariat.
• Non-Transferable: The cash rebate is non-transferable and can only be claimed by the original purchaser whose name appears on the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
• Multiple Purchases: For individuals with multiple purchases, the cash rebate is limited to one per purchaser.
• Disqualification: Any attempt to circumvent the rules will result in disqualification from receiving the cash rebate.
• Amendments: The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Final Decisiobb: All decisions made by the Organiser regarding the cash rebate are final and binding.
• Liability: The Organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to participants or any related parties arising from any circumstances, whether controllable or uncontrollable, that occur before, during, or after the process.

REHDA Malaysia, along with REHDA Selangor and REHDA Wilayah Persekutuan (KL), are the Organisers of MAPEX – Malaysia Property Expo, held at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC), Kuala Lumpur, from 25-27 October 2024.

Coffee Redemption Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: To redeem a free coffee, participants must:
i) Follow the MAPEX Instagram (@mapexbyrehda) or Facebook page (@mapexbyrehda);
ii) Take a photo at MAPEX October 2024;
iii) Share the photo on Instagram or Facebook;
iv) Tag @mapexbyrehda in the post.

2. Redemption Limit: The coffee redemption offer is limited to 100 cups per day during the event at the specified dates and times.

3. Redemption Process: Participants must show proof of following the MAPEX Instagram or Facebook page at the redemption counter to claim their free cup of coffee.

4. One Cup per Person: Each participant is entitled to redeem only one cup of coffee per day.

5. Non-Transferable: The coffee redemption is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

6. First-Come, First-Served: The coffee will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis each day until the daily limit is reached.

7. Organiser's Rights: The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

8. Final Decision: All decisions made by the Organiser regarding the coffee redemption are final and binding.

9. Liability: The Organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the coffee redemption process.

10. Promotion Validity: This promotion is only valid during the dates and times of the MAPEX event and while supplies last.

11. Event Duration: This offer is valid only during the MAPEX – Malaysia Property Expo, held at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC), Kuala Lumpur, from 25-27 October 2024.

Nostalgic Snacks Redemption Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: To redeem the free snacks, participants must:
i) Follow the MAPEX Instagram (@mapexbyrehda) or Facebook page (@mapexbyrehda);
ii) Take a photo at MAPEX October 2024;
iii) Share the photo on Instagram or Facebook;
iv) Tag @mapexbyrehda in the post.

2. Redemption Process: Participants must present proof of their Instagram or Facebook post at the redemption counter to claim their free snacks.

3. Redemption Limit: Each participant is entitled to redeem one container of snacks per day.

4. Non-Transferable: The candies redemption is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

5. First-Come, First-Served: The candies will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis each day until the daily limit is reached.

6. Organiser's Rights: The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
