Eligibility:
1. Event and Offer: The cash rebate is available to the first 50 purchasers at the MAPEX – Malaysia Property Expo, held at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC), Kuala Lumpur, from June 21-23, 2024.
2. Submission Requirements: Eligible purchasers must complete and submit the following to the MAPEX Organiser by 23 June 2024, at 9:00 pm:
i. MAPEX Cash Rebate Form; and
ii. Copy of the original sales receipt issued by the Developer/Sales Agent.
3. Agreement Submission: To qualify for the rebate, purchasers must submit a copy of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (S&P) [cover page and signing pages] to the MAPEX Secretariat at adminwpkl@rehda.com , cc: nabila@rehda.com , on or before 30 October 2024. Do note that proof of submission is not proof of receipt by the MAPEX Secretariat.

Additional Terms:
• Verification: By submitting the MAPEX Purchaser Form, purchasers agree to understand and adhere to all the rules and regulations.
• Rebate Amount: Each eligible purchaser will receive a cash rebate of RM1,000.
• Total Rebate Pool: The total available cash rebate amount is RM50,000, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Disbursement: The cash rebate will be disbursed within 60 days after the closing date for S&P submissions to the MAPEX Secretariat.
• Non-Transferable: The cash rebate is non-transferable and can only be claimed by the original purchaser whose name appears on the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
• Multiple Purchases: For individuals with multiple purchases, the cash rebate is limited to one per purchaser.
• Disqualification: Any attempt to circumvent the rules will result in disqualification from receiving the cash rebate.
• Amendments: The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Final Decisiobb: All decisions made by the Organiser regarding the cash rebate are final and binding.
• Liability: The Organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to participants or any related parties arising from any circumstances, whether controllable or uncontrollable, that occur before, during, or after the process.

Mechanics:

Terms & Conditions
1. The MAPEX June 2024 Photo Hunt Contest takes place from 21 to 25 June 2024.
2. Participants must follow the provided mechanics to be eligible to win. Creative captions and posts offer an advantage. If no participants fulfill all the requirements, winners will be selected based on the closest to complete tasks.
3. Photos for the tasks can be either standard shots or selfies.
4. Winner selection is at the discretion of REHDA.
5. All winners will be notified by REHDA through Instagram latest by 1 August 2024. Winners must respond within the specified time, or their prizes will be forfeited.

How to Participate:
1. Follow MAPEX on Instagram (@mapexbyrehda) and Facebook (MAPEXbyREHDA).
2. Show your follow status to our friendly staff at the activity zone area.

How to Play:
1. There are 7 pairs of different colored bottles.
2. 7 colored bottles are hidden in a box, and 7 bottles are visible in front of you.
3. Match the colored bottles to the hidden colored bottles.
4. Arrange your guesses on top of the box.
5. Our staff will inform you which bottles are correctly matched.
6. The correctly matched bottles will remain on top of the box.
7. You can repeat your guesses up to 5 times.
8. Prizes will be awarded based on the number of correctly matched colored bottles.
