MAPEX SEPTEMBER 2026 : TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The MAPEX Cash Rebate is available to the first 25 eligible purchasers at the MAPEX – Malaysia Property Expo, held at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC), Kuala Lumpur from 4 – 6 September 2026.
- Eligible purchasers must complete and submit the following to the MAPEX Organiser by 6 September 2026 at 9:00 pm:
i. MAPEX Cash Rebate Form; and
ii. A copy of the original sales receipt / booking form issued by the Developer / Sales Agent. - To qualify for the cash rebate and gold wafer, eligible purchasers must submit a copy of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (S&P) to the MAPEX Secretariat at hanis@rehda.com, rehdawpkl@gmail.com and adminwpkl@rehda.com on or before 30 November 2026. Submission of the S&P does not constitute proof of receipt by the MAPEX Secretariat.
- By submitting the MAPEX Cash Rebate Form, purchasers are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions and any other rules and regulations imposed by the Organiser.
- Each eligible purchaser who fulfils all applicable requirements will be entitled to receive a RM1,000 Cash Rebate together with the Gold Wafer prize corresponding to the weight determined through the lucky draw conducted during the event. The total Cash Rebate available is RM25,000.00, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Eligible purchasers that have completed and submitted Mapex Cash Rebate Form will be entitled to participate in the Gold Wafer Lucky Draw. The Gold Wafer Lucky Draw will be conducted on the event day, at a time and venue determined by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any submission that is incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, late, or does not fulfil the eligibility requirements.
- The weight of the gold wafer awarded to each lucky draw winner will be determined by the lucky draw. The available gold wafer weight(s) and the corresponding prize allocation shall be determined by the Organiser. Participants acknowledge that the gold wafer weight is subject to the outcome of the lucky draw and is not guaranteed to be of any particular weight.
- The cash rebate and Gold Wafer prize are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and nonredeemable for cash or any other form of compensation.
- The cash rebate will be disbursed within 60 days after the closing date for S&P submissions to the MAPEX Secretariat. The cash rebate may only be claimed by the original purchaser whose name appears in the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
- For individuals with multiple purchases, the cash rebate is limited to one (1) cash rebate per purchaser. Any attempt to circumvent or abuse the eligibility requirements may result in disqualification from the cash rebate and/or Gold Wafer Lucky Draw.
- The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility and authenticity of all submissions and supporting documents.
- The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend or withdraw the promotion, including the Gold Wafer Lucky Draw, or vary these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, where necessary.
- All decisions made by the Organiser in relation to the cash rebate, eligibility, lucky draw, prize allocation and Gold Wafer weight shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
- The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience suffered by any participant or related party arising from or in connection with the promotion, cash rebate or Gold Wafer Lucky Draw, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- Eligibility
To redeem one (1) complimentary cup of coffee, participants must:
i. Be a registered participant in any Property Talk session held during MAPEX September 2026 on 5 or 6 September 2026;
ii. Attend the Property Talk registered session in full; and
iii. Present the official coffee redemption coupon or proof of attendance issued by the Organizer at the coffee redemption counter. - Redemption Limit
The complimentary coffee redemption is limited to 100 cups per day, or while stocks last.
- Redemption Process
Participants are required to present their coffee redemption coupon (or other proof of attendance issued by the Organizer) at the designated coffee redemption counter to redeem one (1) complimentary cup of coffee.
- One Redemption per Participant
Each registered Property Talk Session participant is entitled to one (1) complimentary cup of coffee only throughout the event.
- Non-Transferable
The coffee redemption coupon is strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or substituted with any other item.
- First-Come, First-Served
Coffee redemption is available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to daily allocation and stock availability.
- Organizer’s Rights
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, substitute for the coffee provider, or discontinue the promotion without prior notice where necessary.
- Final Decision
All decisions made by the Organizer relating to the coffee redemption are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
- Liability
The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from participation in this promotion or the redemption of the complimentary coffee.
- Promotion Validity
This coffee redemption is valid only for registered participants who attend the Property Talk sessions held on 5 and/or 6 September 2026, during the stipulated redemption hours and while stocks last.

Lost, damaged, photocopied or duplicated coffee redemption coupons will not be accepted. The Organizer reserves the right to reject any coupon deemed invalid or tampered with.
- Eligibility
To participate, visitors must:
i) Complete the Visitor Satisfaction Form provided and collect a Stamp Card from the MAPEX Information Counter.
ii) Visit participating booths and collect all 10 stamps.
iii) Present the fully completed Stamp Card at the Activity Booth to receive one (1) chance to participate in the Spin the Wheel activity, with a chance to win vouchers and/or prizes. - Daily Issuance Limit
A maximum of 250 Stamp Cards will be issued per day on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
- Participation Limit
Each participant is entitled to one (1) Stamp Card and one (1) spin per day only.
- Redemption Requirement
Only fully completed Stamp Cards (with all required stamps and verification markings) will be accepted. Incomplete, damaged, altered, or unverified cards will be disqualified.
- Prize Allocation
Prizes and/or vouchers are awarded based on the outcome of the Spin the Wheel activity and are subject to availability.
- Non-Transferable & Non-Exchangeable
Stamp Cards, participation chances, prizes, and vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
- Fraud & Misuse
Any attempt to tamper with the Stamp Card, forge or duplicate stamps, collect unauthorised stamps, or participate beyond the permitted limit will result in immediate disqualification. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any suspicious, altered, duplicated, or damaged Stamp Cards.
- Operational Safeguards & Verification
To ensure fair participation:
i) Each booth will utilise a unique stamp design.
ii) Booth representatives may initial or mark the Stamp Card for verification purposes.
iii) Time or session markings may be applied to prevent repeated or unauthorised use.
iv) The Organiser reserves the right to verify all stamps and markings before allowing participation in the activity.
v) Stamp Cards without proper verification may be rejected at the Organiser’s discretion. - Promotion Period
This promotion is valid only during the MAPEX – Malaysia Property Expo, held at Hall 1, Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC), Kuala Lumpur from 4 – 6 September 2026, during event operating hours.
- Organiser’s Rights
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
- Final Decision
All decisions made by the Organiser are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
- Liability
The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with this promotion.
1. TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1 Organiser
The MAPEX Young Artist Challenge 2026 is organised by Real Estate And Housing Developers’ Association Malaysia (REHDA) Malaysia, REHDA Selangor and REHDA W.P Kuala Lumpur in conjunction with MAPEX September 2026.
1.2 Competition Details
Date: Saturday, 5 September 2026 (Coloring Contest) Sunday, 6 September 2026 (Drawing Contest) Time: 2.30 pm – 5.30 pm (refer attachment for full schedule)

1.3 Eligibility
i. The competition comprises the following two (2) categories:
o Children aged 5 - 8 years old for coloring
o Children aged 9 - 13 years old for drawing
ii. Participation is limited to maximum of thirty (30) participants per category on a first-come, first-served basis.
iii. Participation registry form must be completed before the closing date on 3 September 2026.
iv. Participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the event.
1.4 Competition Theme
Imagine the neighbourhood of tomorrow! What would your ideal place to live look like?
Colouring Competition | Ages 5–8
Bring your imagination to life by colouring a future neighbourhood filled with homes, community spaces and fun futuristic elements that make it a wonderful place to live. Pre-printed sheet of colouring paper will be provided.
Drawing Competition | Ages 9–13
Design and draw your future neighbourhood! Imagine the homes, parks, playgrounds, schools, shops, green spaces and other creative features that would make your community a great place to live, connect, play and grow.
This competition supports the MAPEX September 2026 theme:

1.5 Competition Format
i. The Organizer will provide:
• one (1) official A4 pre-printed colouring paper for Colouring category
• one (1) official A3 competition paper for Drawing category
ii. Participants must bring their own drawing and colouring materials. The organizer is not obliged to supply, replace or provide drawing and/or colouring materials.
iii. Tables will not be provided by the Organizer. Participants may bring their own portable table, drawing board or hardboard as a working surface.
iv. Only freehand drawing/colouring is permitted.
v. Tracing, copying, stencils or pre-drawn sketches are strictly prohibited.
vi. All artwork must be completed on-site during the competition and within the designated time frame.
1.6 Judging Criteria

1.7 Prizes (Per Category)
i. Prizes will be awarded to the winners as follows:
1st - RM 200 Voucher + E-Certificate
2nd - RM 150 Voucher + E-Certificate
3rd - RM 100 Voucher + E-Certificate
Creative Award - RM50 Voucher + E-Certificate
Consolation Prize (5 pax) - RM20 Voucher + E-Certificate
ii. All eligible participants will receive a digital Certificate of Participation.
iii. E-Certificates will be issued via email or WhatsApp to the registered contact details after the event.
iv. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equivalent value where necessary.
1.8 Competition Rules
i. Participants must report to the registration counter at least 30 minutes before the competition begins.
ii. Late arrivals may not be granted the full competition time.
iii. Parents, guardians or accompanying persons are not permitted to assist participants during the competition.
iv. Mobile phones, tablets, electronic devices, reference books and pre-prepared sketches are prohibited.
v. Participants must remain within the designated competition area throughout the competition unless otherwise instructed by the Organiser.
vi. Any participant found receiving assistance or violating the competition rules may be disqualified.
vii. Participants may use any traditional drawing and colouring mediums, including but not limited to:
• Pencils
• Colour Pencils
• Crayons
• Watercolours
The use of digital artwork, artificial intelligence (AI)-generated artwork, or any digital drawing devices is strictly prohibited.
viii. All artwork submitted must be the participant's original work. Any artwork found to be copied, traced, reproduced or generated using artificial intelligence (AI) or digital software will be disqualified.
1.9 Submission of Artwork
i. All artwork must be completed and submitted immediately once the competition ends.
ii. Late submissions will not be accepted.
iii. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or deterioration of artwork arising from unforeseen circumstances. Every reasonable effort will be made to ensure that all submitted artwork is handled and stored with due care.
iv. All submitted artwork shall become the property of the Organiser and will not be returned to the participants.
v. The Organiser reserves the right to exhibit, reproduce, publish, distribute and use all submitted artwork, in whole or in part, for MAPEX-related promotional, publicity, educational and marketing purposes, including use in print and digital media, without further notice or compensation to the participants.
vi. Copyright of the winning artworks shall belong to the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to display, publish and reproduce the winning artworks in any print or digital media.
1.10 Photography & Publicity
i. By participating in the competition, the participant’s parent or legal guardian consents to the photographing and/or recording of the event.
ii. The Organiser reserves the right to use photographs, videos and artwork for publicity, promotional and marketing purposes without prior notice or additional compensation.
1.11 General Terms
i. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, competition format, judging criteria or prizes without prior notice.
ii. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
iii. Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
iv. The Organiser's decision on all matters relating to the competition shall be final.
1.12 Personal Data Protection Act 2010 [Act 709] Consent
i. By registering, the parent/guardian consents to the collection and processing of the participant’s and parent/guardian’s personal data for the administration and management of the MAPEX Young Artist Challenge 2026.
ii. Personal data may be shared where necessary with authorised organising parties and appointed service providers for competition-related purposes.
iii. Requests for access, correction or withdrawal of consent may be made by contacting MAPEX September 2026 organizing parties.
