MAPEX – MAY 2026

Eligibility:

1. Event and Offer: The cash rebate is available to the first 25 purchasers at the MAPEX – Malaysia Property Expo, held One Utama, Petaling Jaya from 20-24 May 2026.

2. Submission Requirements: Eligible purchasers must complete and submit the following to the MAPEX Organiser by 24 May 2026, at 10:00 pm:
i. MAPEX Cash Rebate Form; and
ii. Copy of the original sales receipt issued by the Developer/Sales Agent.

3. Agreement Submission: To qualify for the rebate, purchasers must submit a copy of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (S&P) [cover page and signing pages] to the MAPEX Secretariat at wpkl@rehda.com , cc: adminwpkl@rehda.com, hanis@rehda.com on or before 31 August 2026. Do note that proof of submission is not proof of receipt by the MAPEX Secretariat.

Additional Terms:
• Verification: By submitting the MAPEX Purchaser Form, purchasers agree to understand and adhere to all the rules and regulations.
• Rebate Amount: Each eligible purchaser will receive a cash rebate of RM1,000.
• Total Rebate Pool: The total available cash rebate amount is RM25,000, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Disbursement: The cash rebate will be disbursed within 60 days after the closing date for S&P submissions to the MAPEX Secretariat.
• Non-Transferable: The cash rebate is non-transferable and can only be claimed by the original purchaser whose name appears on the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
• Multiple Purchases: For individuals with multiple purchases, the cash rebate is limited to one per purchaser.
• Disqualification: Any attempt to circumvent the rules will result in disqualification from receiving the cash rebate.
• Amendments: The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Final Decision: All decisions made by the Organiser regarding the cash rebate are final and binding.
• Liability: The Organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to participants or any related parties arising from any circumstances, whether controllable or uncontrollable, that occur before, during, or after the process.

Organiser:
REHDA Malaysia, along with REHDA Selangor and REHDA Wilayah Persekutuan (KL), are the Organisers of MAPEX – Malaysia Property Expo, held at the One Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, from 20-24 May 2026.

Malaysia Property Expo Stamp & Win – Spin the Wheel Activity

1. Eligibility
To participate, visitors must:
i) Complete the Visitor Satisfaction Form provided and collect a Stamp Card from the MAPEX Information Counter.
ii) Visit participating booths and collect all 10 stamps.
iii) Present the fully completed Stamp Card at the Activity Booth to receive one (1) chance to participate in the Spin the Wheel activity, with a chance to win vouchers and/or prizes.

2. Daily Issuance Limit
A maximum of 250 Stamp Cards will be issued per day on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

3. Participation Limit
Each participant is entitled to one (1) Stamp Card and one (1) spin per day only.

4. Redemption Requirement
Only fully completed Stamp Cards (with all required stamps and verification markings) will be accepted. Incomplete, damaged, altered, or unverified cards will be disqualified.

5. Prize Allocation
Prizes and/or vouchers are awarded based on the outcome of the Spin the Wheel activity and are subject to availability.

6. Non-Transferable & Non-Exchangeable
Stamp Cards, participation chances, prizes, and vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

7. Fraud & Misuse
Any attempt to tamper with the Stamp Card, forge or duplicate stamps, collect unauthorised stamps, or participate beyond the permitted limit will result in immediate disqualification. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any suspicious, altered, duplicated, or damaged Stamp Cards.

8. Operational Safeguards & Verification

To ensure fair participation:

i) Each booth will utilise a unique stamp design.
ii) Booth representatives may initial or mark the Stamp Card for verification purposes.
iii) Time or session markings may be applied to prevent repeated or unauthorised use.
iv) The Organiser reserves the right to verify all stamps and markings before allowing participation in the activity.
v) Stamp Cards without proper verification may be rejected at the Organiser’s discretion.

9. Promotion Period
This promotion is valid only during the MAPEX – Malaysia Property Expo, held at Concourse Centre Court, 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, from 20 – 24 May 2026, during event operating hours.

10. Organiser’s Rights
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

11. Final Decision
All decisions made by the Organiser are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

12. Liability
The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with this promotion.
